RUMINATIONS is a gender-bending Coming of Age story that follows one pioneer of the counter-culture movement defined during the Sexual Revolution of the 1960's in San Francisco. Original Cockette member Rumi Missabu left Hollywood 50 years ago on a quest for his true identity and found it in underground drag theater.

Mrs. Vera’s Daybook

Mrs. Vera’s Daybook is a documentary feature following David Faulk and Michael Johnstone, or as they are better known Mrs. Vera and Ms. Tina. The film showcases their amazing art and sheds light on their history as long-term AIDS survivors. I was the cinematographer on this project, and it is available to watch on KQED.

The Night Minister

This documentary series follows methodist minister turned sex educator, Ted McIllvenna from his early work fighting for gay rights, to his current mission, sex education through the arts. I have been working on this project with NuReality for the last few years on truly all aspects of production.

BALSAMIC CROSTINI WITH STRAWBERRY GUACAMOLE Ingredients: ● 4 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted ● 4 teaspoons lime juice ● 1 teaspoon salt ● ¼ cup finely chopped cilantro ● ½ cup finely chopped yellow onion ● 1 jalapeno, finely chopped ● 1 medium tomato, diced ● ½ cup diced strawberries ● ½ cup Just Balsamic ● 1 tablespoon chopped garlic ● 1 sourdough baguette, thinly sliced Directions: ● Preheat oven to 375F.
